A simple, realistic routine for nights out—how to prep, what to do before bed, and how to reset the next morning.

The 3-Part Routine

1) Before you go out
  • Eat something real (protein + carbs + a little fat).
  • Hydrate—start early, not at the end.
  • If you use Hang O Bye: take 1 stick before drinking and/or before bed (based on your routine).
2) Before bed
  • Drink water and keep it simple.
  • A quick, light snack can feel better than going to bed empty.
  • Set yourself up: water by the bed + a calm morning plan.
3) The next morning
  • Water first, then a balanced breakfast when you’re ready.
  • Get daylight + a short walk if possible.
  • If you use Hang O Bye: some customers also take it the next morning as part of their reset routine.
