Using Hang O Bye
When should I take it?
Most people take it before drinking and/or before bed. You can also take it the next morning as part of your reset routine.
How many sticks should I take?
Start with 1 stick. Some people choose 2 sticks depending on the occasion.
Is it only for “before” alcohol?
It’s designed as pre-alcohol support, but you can take it before or after—many customers keep one for the morning-after.
Will it prevent intoxication?
No. Hang O Bye is a wellness support product and won’t prevent intoxication. Always drink responsibly.
